The three-way tippers that deserve your trust: Their unique tipping platform withstands extremely high loads as well as point loads. The retracting support legs and the optional aluminium drive-up ramps, which can be stowed in a compartment integrated in the chassis, mean that the trailer can be deployed virtually unrestrictedly in the construction industry

The HTK with a gross weight above 5 t is a variable all-rounder. It is particularly impressive with its five-stage hard-chromed cylinder and hydraulic motorised three-way tipper. It has a sturdy, welded, hot-dip galvanised frame for optimum stability and safety. The platform floor is made from 4 mm fine-grained steel. The 500 mm high hinged drop sides with central lock can be folded down at the sides and rear and removed.

Tandem three-way tipper HTK from 10 t:

- Laser-welded, high-quality steel sideboards, 500 mm height, can be folded down at the sides and rear, removable and hinged with central lock, bulkhead removable.

- Drop sides primer-painted with high-quality two-component paint for optimal corrosion protection, hollow chambers are sealed, painted in a single colour in RAL as requested.

- Axles with drum brake, maintenance-free parabolic suspension for optimal load compensation.

- Pneumatic brake with release valve; Compressed air coupler heads (red/yellow); Anti-lock braking system; EBS brake system with spring-loaded parking brake and 24-volt connection plug. The towing vehicle must be equipped with an ABS socket.

- Reinforced 12 t geared support jack with load and fast speeds, on the left in the direction of travel

- Solid, welded, and hot-dip galvanised frame for optimal stability and safety; platform floor made of 4 mm fine grained steel, swap-proof rocker-bearing bolts.

- Platform frame hot-dip galvanised with longitudinal, transverse and diagonal struts for high stability and point-load resistance.

- Motor-powered, hydraulic three-way tipping system, five step, hard-chromium-plated cylinder with stroke limiter.

- Mudguard equipped with anti-spray system, rigid lateral impact protection.

- 2 wheel chocks with retainers

- Galvanised central tube with screw-in towing eye Ø 40 mm, galvanised and infinitely variable using a crank handle.

- 15-way connecting plug

- 24 V lighting system with multiple-chamber tail lamps, optimally protected and LED side marking lamps.

- Tie-down points: 6 t lashing points recessed in the platform floor (2 pairs / 5.2 m; 3 pairs / 6.2 m); 2 t lashing points in outside frame (6 pairs / 5.2 m; 7 pairs / 6.2 m).
